is a Canadian-owned planning and architectural consulting firm
established in 1981. The firm's president, Robert Story, is a registered
architect and an urban and regional planner with more than 20 years
professional experience in Canada and internationally. HABICO's Canadian
experience includes a diverse range of planning and architectural
projects for both public and private sector clients. Internationally,
HABICO has been involved in a variety of human settlement projects
including urban and rural landuse, housing, infrastructure, and
environmental planning in several parts of the developing world.

Dominica Housing Policy
HABICO
is successfully completing the
year-long preparation of a comprehensive National Shelter (Housing) Policy for
the Caribbean island of Dominica. The work was funded by the Caribbean
Development Bank.
