HABICO works with a wide range of clients including the private sector, local governments at all levels, and international funding agencies including the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UNDP, African Development Bank, Caribbean Development Bank, and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).

Work

HABICO works internationally in the field of Human Settlement planning and development.By its very nature this includes a complex mix of social, cultural, economic, environmental, land use, infrastructure and institutional components. HABICO has completed both short and long-term assignments incorporating these components into low-income community development, long-range planning and development strategies for communities, cities and regions, squatter upgrading, resettlement, infrastructure planning, low-income housing policy, design and institution strengthening, and private sector initiatives of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

HABICO provides Project Management and Team Leadership to many projects, but is equally comfortable providing specialized technical inputs to larger collaborative efforts.
